William J. Kessler has experience in electronic and communications engineering, including university-level teaching, research projects, and extensive consulting engineering since 1958. He is currently a principal in Kessler and Gehman Associates, Telecommunications Consulting Engineers. Mr. Kessler has made significant contribution to VHF, UHF, and microwave system design practices and his technical articles in these areas are widely used.

Jeffrey C. Gehman was born in Washington, DC and raised in Clinton, Maryland before moving to Gainesville, Florida with his family in 1976.

Mr. Gehman has been employed by Kessler and Gehman Associates, Inc. on a full-time basis since 1986 and received an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. He has been constantly exposed to all aspects of the telecommunications field and has worked closely with Robert Gehman, Jr. and W.J. Kessler on many of the company's projects.

Ryan C. Wilhour earned his accredited Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering at the University of Florida and is currently completing his fourth and final year of experience to meet licensure requirements for the Board of Professional Engineers to obtain his license. He has been an engineering consultant on the Kessler and Gehman Associates, Inc. staff since August of 1996.
